30 hour restorative yoga teacher training (RYTT)
Join Joey Henderson for this 30 hr in-studio Restorative Yoga Teacher Training! This training will prepare you to offer full restorative yoga classes, incorporate restorative poses in traditional classes, and develop a deeper personal practice. Through both theory and experience, you will gain insight as to why restorative is beneficial for the physical body and nervous system, how to effectively use props, 40+ restorative yoga poses and variations, restorative yoga for pregnancy, and more. Teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance will receive 25 CEC’s (continuing education credits) hours and 5 non-contact hours, upon completion.

Weekend 1 (17 hrs)
Friday October 20th – 6 – 9 pm
Saturday October 21st – 10 am – 5 pm

Weekend 2 (8 hrs)

- Foundations for designing a full restorative yoga sequence for personal, private + group practice
your training includes
- 25 hours of live instruction + 5 hrs self study
- Minimum of 3 restorative practices
- Restorative yoga training manual including +40 asana chart etc.
- A 30 hour restorative yoga teacher training certificate of completion; 25 CEC hours + 5 non-contact hours with the Yoga Alliance

- Teachers in training, certified and/or registered yoga teachers
- Anyone who would like to deepen their own restorative yoga practice
