COMING IN SEPTEMBER 2017:

The Yoga Loft’s 200 hour Teacher Training has been created for positive growth and transformation. Not only will you learn about the history, philosophy, anatomy, subtle energy bodies (Chakras, Nadis etc), ethical and business aspects of yoga, you will also begin to reconnect to your  creativity, passion and self expression from a place of authenticity.  This program is delivered in 10 weekend modules which allows your to start your training at any time, and also gives you time in between modules to advance your knowledge and personal practice.  Each weekend of training, will allow you to take a break from your regular routine, let go of your ego and of old habits you don’t want or need. Healing will inevitably occur, positively affecting the lives of those whom you come into contact with, in many ways.

Tuition will include: The Yoga Loft’s 200-Hour training manuals, 40 in studio classes & a 3 day yoga retreat.

Our interest to grow is not learned, it’s inherent, it’s part of the soul. When we quiet the mind, we start to uncover that part of us that inherently wants to expand; that is curious, inspired and motivated. It can step outside any heartache or confusion we’ve experienced in the past. And then spontaneously, we start to come alive. – Rod Stryker
