PILATES COMING THIS FALL!

Join Becky Sheehey, Certified Pilates Instructor as she leads you safely through 2 different styles of Pilates!  These classes will run as 12 week sessions, or drop ins welcome, if space allows.

POWER PILATES:

A high energy class geared to increase functional strength and improve mobility. This class is for intermediate to advanced movers who want to build core strength, get stronger, and feel challenged.

12 WEEK SESSION
Dates:  Tuesday September 12th – November 28th
Time:   5:15 – 6:15pm
Investment: $160/12 weeks/HST incl.

BETTER BONES & BACKS:

An essential class for anyone who is concerned about managing pain and rehabbing an injury. This class is great for getting your body back in balance after an injury and to prevent future injuries. Special focus on balance and core stability.

Time:    12 – 1pm
Investment: $160/12 weeks/HST incl.
