This is a full body workout using high intensity interval training. This class will help you burn calories, build muscle, increase your metabolism and make you feel energized! Class consists of Tabata, Core and Strength exercises. Class is suitable for all levels, options always provided. Due to the high intensity interval training, Moms must be 12 weeks post delivery, and given the okay from health care practitioner.
