EARLY MORNING YOGA IS BACK FOR SPRING

Just in time for spring, our Early Morning Classes are back!  Together we will flow, stretch, tone and strengthen, while mindfully moving with the breath.   The heat will allow your muscles to ease through their full range of motion within your own individual, physical limits.  You will leave feeling lighter, stronger and more confident, with an increased focus to go about your day.  Our early morning classes are Hot Vinyasa Flow and are open to all levels, ages 16+up.  Classes will continue to run through May if they are well attended, so grab your teenagers, and a friend or two, and come on out!

AN INTRO TO VINYASA FLOW FOR BEGINNERS

This series of classes are designed for those who are looking for a little more core and flow, while still focusing on breathing and reducing tension.  In Vinyasa, we are still warming up and cooling down slowly, while learning to incorporate a more flowing with the breath.  This class will help to really warm up the muscles, and help to increase your cardio stamina, slowly!  This is the perfect class for beginners who are interested in exploring Vinyasa style yoga, for those who want a gentle flow, or for those who have been away from their mats, but would like to return at a gentler and slower pace. Over the 8 weeks, we will break down the Sun Salutation variations, while building strength in our core, major muscles and in our minds.  Spots are limited to 12; please preregister early, to avoid disappointment.  This is a preregistered class.

Yoga For Beginners – 8 Week Series

Back by popular demand!  We understand that walking into a studio for the first time can feel … a bit awkward or uncomfortable (we’ve all been there!); however, if you have been considering trying yoga, or coming back to your mat to give it another try, this is the class for you.  Designed just for beginners, we will cap this class to a maximum, to ensure a more intimate practice.  This series of classes will slowly guide you to explore and honor the needs and limitations of YOUR body, while increasing balance, flexibility, focus and muscle tone.  By the end of this 8 week session (but likely before), you will not only feel lighter, looser and freed up in the physical body, but also in the mind.  Together, we will hold and share a space of no judgement, competition, comparing or criticism, but rather acceptance, compassion and self care.

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal

These friendly, non-competitive classes will include relaxing breathing techniques, safe and gentle movement and stretches, gentle foot massages and handouts that cover common pregnancy related issues ie) heartburn, Kegels, swelling, etc.  Guided gentle movement and postures gently massage your baby; creating an inner memory of calmness and relaxation that they will carry within them indefinitely.

MOM & BABY YOGA SESSION

Join us and experience the joy of practicing yoga with your baby.  In this class, we will focus on movements and breathing specifically geared for new moms.  Relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back, while strengthening the abdomen, back and pelvic floor.  You and baby will both benefit from the bonding time together while connecting with other moms and babies in our community.  This class is suitable to new students, as well as, for moms transitioning back into their practice.  Newborns to pre-crawling.
