MOM & BABY STROLLERFIT – 6 WEEK SESSION

Get back into shape with baby!  Bring baby and stroller (any stroller will do) for an an hour of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, with power walking, short running drills and core training.  Lots of variety and options provided to suit all levels.  Another great way to get fit, have fun, feel great,  and meet other moms and babies in our community!  Registrations are ongoing; may be prorated for a late start, or drop ins as space permits.

6 WEEK SESSION

Dates:  Friday October 13th – November 17th
Time:    1 – 2 pm
Cost:     $75/6 weeks/HST incl.

*Drop ins are welcome as long as space allows
*Session may be prorated for late registrations
*Class will be held in-studio as winter approaches (no stroller needed for indoor classes)

MOM & BABY TABATA – 8 WEEK SESSION

This is a full body workout using high intensity interval training.  This class will help you burn calories, build muscle, increase your metabolism and make you feel energized!  Class consists of Tabata, Core and Strength exercises. Class is suitable for all levels, options always provided.  Due to the high intensity interval training, Moms must be 12 weeks post delivery, and given the okay from health care practitioner.
