QI-GONG + YOGA – 4 WEEK SERIES

 

 

This class is designed for gentle movement of the body and calming of the mind.  Gentle Yoga poses combined with Qigong; Qigong is an ancient Chinese holistic healing method that involves meditation, controlled breath work and movement. Qi (pronounced Chee) is our Life Energy. Qigong is a process dedicated to creating balance, strength , agility and grace to assure vitality as we age.  This is a 4 week preregistered series; no experience is necessary!

Prepare Yourself for Total Bliss

Invite complete restoration into your body and mind with this special 2 hour class.  Your teacher guides will assist you into Restorative Yoga postures with the use of props, while providing Reiki**, and all to the beautiful sounds of live meditative music.  This experience will end with a powerful symphonic gong sound healing by Shantdeep.  Feel the sound vibrations, deepen your relaxation & uplift your spirit.

4 WEEK YOGA NIDRA SERIES JANUARY 2020

Delve into deep Relaxation, Heal, Rest & Create positive personal change with Yoga Nidra. Gain insight into this ancient practice for imbalances such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, insomnia etc. Release tensions & impressions stored in layers (the Koshas) of the mind and body from negative core/self beliefs. Yoga Nidra is a meditative form of very deep relaxation that has a profound effect on the body, mind & emotions.  All you need to do is lay comfortably in savasana on your mat & listen.  Whatever you experience, whether you are awake or asleep, your deepest layers will go through the journey, & as a result, you will benefit in so many ways!  If you’ve been feeling a bit sleep deprived, you will be happy to know a 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice is equal to 3­-4 hours of sleep!
