POWER PILATES:
A high energy class geared to increase functional strength and improve mobility. This class is for intermediate to advanced movers who want to build core strength, get stronger, and feel challenged.

BETTER BONES & BACKS:

An essential class for anyone who is concerned about managing pain and rehabbing an injury. This class is great for getting your body back in balance after an injury and to prevent future injuries. Special focus on balance and core stability.

PRENATAL YOGA SESSIONS

These friendly, non-competitive classes will include relaxing breathing techniques, safe and gentle movement and stretches, gentle foot massages and handouts that cover common pregnancy related issues ie) heartburn, Kegels, swelling, etc.  Guided gentle movement and postures gently massage your baby; creating an inner memory of calmness and relaxation that they will carry within them indefinitely.  Your teacher is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher in a class geared specifically to prenatal yoga.  This will ensure the safest yoga experience possible for you and your unborn baby.

Cost:         $105/6 weeks (HST incl)

*class will not run on the Civic holiday Monday

MOM & BABY YOGA SESSION

Join us and experience the joy of practicing yoga with your baby.  In this class, we will focus on movements and breathing specifically geared for new moms.  Relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back, while strengthening the abdomen, back and pelvic floor.  You and baby will both benefit from the bonding time together while connecting with other moms and babies in our community.  This class is suitable to new students, as well as, for moms transitioning back into their practice.  Newborns to pre-crawling.
